Macroflex Inc. Hose and Braided Hose Connectors are designed to accommodate thermal expansion by absorbing lateral and angular movement and stresses, and adjust or correct for misalignment in piping. They dampen or suppress noise, absorb vibration.

Fabricated from 1” – 4” bronze hose or 1” – 24” 304, 321 or 316 stainless steel hose surrounded with a single or double layer heavy-duty woven wire braid, our metal hoses are custom fabricated to fit your exact needs. End fittings have a range of materials including copper, carbon steel, and stainless steel. Style options are weld, sweat, flange, groove, male NPT or customer specified.

Accessories include:

• external cover against mechanical damage
• internal liners against media abrasion or excessive velocity
• tie rods to prevent compression loads or protect from extension
• thermal protective jackets or tape
